To confirm, practice is at 8am tomorrow morning on Saturday. Top ten girls and individual qualifiers for states are required to continue practice, but everyone is highly encouraged to continue attending to keep in shape for indoor. Coach Erik

Sorry about the lack of clarity in the last mailing. Only the top ten girls and individual qualifers (Camilla, Christian) are required to be at practice. But all are welcome.Very good work today! There were a lot of gutsy performances for us to be proud of, especially given that there were several cards stacked against us. Congrats.
Just a reminder that the top ten runners will be expected to practice for the state meet on Nov. 10 -- and thus tomorrow (Friday). If you are not sure if you are in the top ten, email back and I will let you know. Or ask me in school.
