Just a reminder that the top ten runners will be expected to practice for the state meet on Nov. 10 -- and thus tomorrow (Friday). If you are not sure if you are in the top ten, email back and I will let you know. Or ask me in school.

There will be an open race at the Regional Meet on Thursday, after the 4:30 PM 2A Boys race. All our JV runners are expected to run, and times will be considered for team selection for states. Parents and coaches are also welcome to run in the open race. Coach Eden
