There will be a practice on Friday at 7:15 AM to 9:15 AM, on Saturday from 8AM to 10 AM, and on Monday from 7:15 AM to 9:15 AM. The races next Wednesday at South River HS will be at 4:30 PM and 5 PM. The team will leave on a bus from the stadium at 2:30, the course walk will be at 3 PM, and 2 other 6 team races will go off at 3:30 and 4 PM. I'm not sure whether the girls or the boys run first.
