This week we'll run cutdown 200's and hills on Monday, race on Wednesday, run repeat miles with a short rest on Friday, and a long run on Saturday.
Monday 9/3/07 8 AM to 10 AM Movement prep, 1 mile warmup on the field loop, 4 x 200 meters cutdown, jog to S curve and run it 4 times, 2 mile warmdown, stretch.
Tuesday 9/4/07 3:15 PM to 5 PM Movement prep, drills, speed ladder, 30 minute easy run, stretch / rollers. No jump rope or weights because we're racing Wednesday.
Wednesday 9/5/07 No early dismissal from school. The bus will leave from the stadium at 2:30 PM. The course walk at South River is at 3 PM. Our races are at 4:30 PM and 5 PM.
Thursday 9/06/07 3:15 PM to 5:15 PM Movement prep, drills, speed ladder, jump rope, 40 minute run, weights / rollers, stretch.
Friday 9/8/07 2:15 PM to 4:15 PM Movement prep, 1 mile warmup, 4 x 1 mile on the field loop with 1 minute rest interval, 1 mile warmdown, stretch.
Saturday 9/9/07 8 AM to 10 AM Movement prep, long run, stretch, food.
