Did anyone find shoes after practice tonight? Erin thinks she left her shoes
at the track.

Hi Parents and Athletes,
I volunteered to coordinate the drinks and snacks for the team during
the cross country meets. Thank you to the parents who have already
supplied drinks etc at the previous meets. I have Anne Harmon bringing one
and a half cases of Gatorade, Illia Howser bringing a case of water and
cut up oranges, and Anna Bell Lobe bringing a granola type chewy item for
the Bull Run race. I imagine most of the refreshments should arrive by 1PM
because of the race times. I remember Bull Run having a concession stand
so the athletes can buy other items as needed. Thank you so much for
helping out! Your teens really appreciate this!

The schedule for Bull Run is as follows: We've been placed in
the
Medium Schools races, with the boys running at 2:30 PM and the girls at 3
PM.
Our JV boys run at 1:55 PM and the JV girls run at 4:30 PM. The JV boys
should
arrive by 12:30 PM, the varsity boys by 1 PM, the varsity girls by 1:30
PM, and
the JV girls by 2 PM. Allow at least 1 hour to get there. I plan to
leave by
11:30 AM as there is a coaches meeting at 1 PM and we need to set up the
tent.
The school does not provide buses for out of county meets, so we need to
carpool
to get to the meet. If you need a ride to the meet, let me know. I can
take up
to 6 runners in my car. If you can take someone to the meet, let me
know. If
our vehicles leave for the meet off the AHS campus, then no special
permission
forms are needed. Plan to leave from someplace off campus.
Directions to Hereford High School: Take I-97 to the Baltimore
Beltway
(I-695) West and exit onto I-83 North. Take Exit 27 for Hereford, go
right
(East) on Mt Carmel Road 0.5 miles, turn left (North) at the light at
York Road.
The school is 0.5 miles on the right. Look for our copper colored tent
or call
me at 410-703-9456 if you can't find us.
Note that the Reunion Run open race is at 12:30 PM, so anyone who
wants
to run the open race (adults are allowed to run) should get there in time
to
